Breakfast before park opening & WL transportation

Maybe I should ask this on the resorts boards, but just in case...

I'm staying at the WL & I made a reservation for an 8:05 breakfast at the MK when the park opens at 9:00. The CM on the phone asked if we had a car, because that early in the morning...we would have to drive. I thought for sure there was a bus. Has that changed? EVEN SO though...we were really hoping to use the boat...anyone know when that starts running?

we had this same problem a few weeks ago when we were there.

The CM was so confusing the night before! She kept telling me that there was no early bus that I'd have to wait, blah, blah, blah, blah. I *knew* there was a way to get to MK early b/c of these boards, and she ended up snapping at me so I was just like...okay whatever lady. So I walked my merry little self to the bus like she told me to...well...there is no bus to MK. At least there wasn't that morning.

So I picked up the phone and the CM told me I had to go to the Boat Dock to catch a boat to the CR then get on the monorail to MK.

So that is my advice to you. I'm sure someone on here may have a better idea.

That is the best plan. We were there last month and did that same thing. The CT boat starts about 7:30 and is pretty quick. From the CT you can catch the monorail or walk over. We did both and the time, with waiting a few minutes for the monorail, was almost the same. There are no longer character breakfast buses and there is not a bus from the WL to the MK. There is a bus to the TTC that you could take and then monorail or boat to the Mk but I do not know what time it starts.

What about the same situation but an 8:10 at the Animal Kingdom? Now you guys are making me anxious!!!

I get so frustrated when CM's give conflicting advice!
