Ok, so here's my question. We snagged the free dining offer this week for OCt 2nd :thumbsup2

We want to do a character breafkast at The Poly, but I also am dying to try tonga toast. I don't beleive the character breakfast offers the tonga toast, do they?

What's a girl to do??

As much as i love kona and the tonga toast (it is quite HEAVENLY), I will suggest you do Ohana for the character experience. Its a lot of fun. Plus, the atmosphere is gorgeous, and the juice/bread are DELISH!!!! The rest of the food is great too, but the bread/juice are extra special. Cant you do Kona on another day and pay out of pocket? Kona breakfast is cheap, if you use a TS credit your not getting good use out of the dining plan...you'd basically lose money. just my thought!

You could always get Tonga Toast as a CS meal there as well. I believe Captain Cook's sells it.

Captain Cooks the QS has tonga toast. We've done this several times b/c its cheaper and tastes just as good as Kona Cafe. But we really like going to Ohana for breakfast. The character meal is are favorite one and hte food is always good/hot/plentiful. We also have had some of the best character experiences there.

If you are talking about going THIS October, you'd better just check for ANY availability for any character breakfast. They are all popular ADRs, and you're less than 2 months out.

Good luck.

What's the catch? Captain Cooks is half the price of Kona. Is it half the size? Does it still have the strawberry compote?

Thanks You Guys! I :lovestruc The Dis!
I WAS able to get ressies at Ohana on the day and time I wanted
And maybe we'll just swing over there on another day so I can try the tonga toast, finally :goodvibes
