Our kids are doing the Albatross cruise at BC, so I figured we can have a breakfast around the BW area. How is the breakfast here? I am also considering the YC Galley, again, never been.

Thanks for any advice you can provide.

We've only had breakfast once at Spoodles and I was unimpressed although I enjoy it for dinner. YCGalley is very nice. You can order a la carte or choose the buffet.

Someday we'll try Spoodles breakfast again.

We like Spoodles for breakfast...not as much as we used to when they had a buffet and lots of interesting Mediterranean type offerings, but there are still 2 or 3 interesting items on the menu and all of the standard breakfast fare. I always like breakfast at Spoodles because you can sit and look out on the lake/Boardwalk, and I love the huge coffee cups!!

Food at YC Galley is good too. If you are starving and want a buffet go there, if you want a little something different in a more leisurely setting I would opt for Spoodles...never busy at Breakfast.

We ate breakfast at Spoodles when our sons were on the Albatross cruise last year. We thought the food was good - we both love basic breakfast food. And as the previous poster said, we enjoyed looking out at the boardwalk while we ate.

Also, on our walk over to Spoodles we watched our sons on the boat (and took a few pictures). They enjoyed waving to us when their boat went under the bridge that we were walking on.

I like them both, but prefer Galley as there are more choices for breakfast..
You can order from the menu or do the buffet which is very nice.. the service is pleasant and the place is very nice...

I do like Spoodles too for dinner, but for breakfast prefer Galley..

Is an ADR required for breakfast at the YC Galley? We'll be at the Swan in July and this sounds good for breakfast, we already have an ADR for dinner at Spoodles.

Sorry to butt in! :)

One of the best breakfasts in the Epcot resort area is at Fresh, in the Dolphin. It's a great buffet; there's something for everyone, and the service is good. And if you're DVC, there's a 20% member discount. :thumbsup2

Whenever we're at BWV, Fresh is our favorite breakfast place (we used to go to either Spoodles or YCG). Also, ADRs are not needed! :goodvibes
