Breakfast at Goofys kitchen -quick question

How much is it and what is the best deal out there on it?

Do you have AAA or an AP? That would give you 10% off.. I don't know the current prices because they change for the different seasons. I bet someone else can help you at with that. We always do Goofy's the day we leave. It's so much fun! :goodvibes

get away today was our choice for goofys kitchen tickets.
Disney Character breakfast Buffet at Goofy's Kitchen $32.29 for adults and $18.17 ages 3-9

The age cut off of 9 puts us out from most character breakfasts. I have 2 girls ages 10 and 11. Both will only eat one small plate of food or maybe just a bowl of cereal. I just cant spend the $32 each.

What about Storyteller's at GCH. You don't have to order the buffet to interact with the characters. Unless I'm mistaken you always have the option of ordering of the menu for some or all of your party.

I think Goofy's is worth the price for adults because there is so much to choose from, food-wise, there. It is tricky for kids because some of them don't eat a lot, but they love the characters at Goofy's (Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale, Baloo, assorted Princesses, Aladdin, Alice and the Mad Hatter, sometimes Captain Hook or the Genie, Minnie, etc.). GK has the best selection of all the character meals because it is all buffet, all you can eat - not served 'buffeteria' stye. Actual buffet style. You get your own food in whatever portion you want, and the servers bring your beverages to you.

Lilo and Stitch also has menu ordering as well as buffet, by the way. I don't find Storytellers' menu items to be a good value at all. The buffet at Storytellers (while much more limited than Goofy's) is actually a better value than the menu, because on the menu you can get something equivalent in size and portion (or smaller) to a Denny's Grand Slam, and pay (with tax and tip) about $17 - $18 for it - and that is just crazy to me! I would rather pay the buffet price at Storytellers and get what I want and how much I want of it than to pay that much for one plate of food. Plus, you have to kind of be into the characters - Chip and Dale are there and they would be the main attraction for me, but then you have the Brother Bear characters, Meeko, Terk, etc. Kind of lesser known, woodsy-jungly characters.

Premium APs will get you 15% off all the character meals. The Deluxe AP gets you 10% off. Some folks think GAT or Ares prices are worth it for the few dollars in discounts (bu then there are other fees added on, I think). Goofy's does change its prices with the peak season and off-peak seasons, as a PP previously mentioned, so sometimes the prices are $32 per adult during off-peak times (and then you can use AAA or an AP to get a discount on top of that to bring the price down even lower), and the peak season rates are closer to $37 (before discounts).
