I booked boma for 9am. If I am staying at the Pop, do I take ak bus to ak? At ak do I then take a bus to akl? Once at ak, do they have resort buses going back to akl before the park opens?Should I make res for earlier or later since 9am is ak opening that day?

IMHO, your current plan (incl transportation) is fine and will work well.

I agree with your plan too. The AKL buses seem to run about every 5 - 10 minutes to AK.
