Hi everyone! I am planning on making a ressie for breakfast at 1900 Park Fare in early Oct. It's just me and my husband and I don't want to drag him out of bed too early. Do you think 9:00 or 9:30 a.m. is too late for a res.? I have heard that as character meals go on, the characters can get kind of tired and you don't get a lot of interaction. Any thoughts or advice?

Thank you all so much!

We have never had a problem with late character meals, breakfast or dinner. We have done CM's, PSB, 1900, Donald's and CP all at late times, never a problem.

My wife is not an early riser, like my daughter and I, so since this is my wife's favorite place for breakfast we always seem to make our reservation for after 9 am. Our upcoming trip has us visiting 1900 Park Fare at 9:20 am on President's Day. We have never had any issues with not seeing the characters. Actually, when there are less guests you usually receive more interaction time than normal.

Hope you have a great visit to 1900 Park Fare!

I have a ADR for 1900 Park Fare with my two daughters (11 and 7) for their latest breakfast seating 11:10 am. We're looking at it as more of a lunch meal for that day. DH is doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour at 9 am so we will just grab a lite breakfast in our room before heading to MK fairly early, then the girls can do a few rides before we take the monorail to GF.

I did this after reading several recommendations. It gets us a cheaper brunch/lunch meal than paying the lunch prices and someone also said you often get a little extra time with characters at the end of the meal times because there are no more people right behind you for seatings.

So we'll give it a try!

Thank you all so much for your wonderful advice! Based on your experiences, I think I will make the reservation even later - maybe 10 a.m. or 10:30! I can't wait!

We did one of the last seatings at Donald's in AK and the biggest problems we had was that they quit refilling the food. All of the pastries and fruit were completely gone! The other food was not near as fresh and wasn't being replenished either. We've never tried a late breakfast after that experience.

We had one there for 10:45 in October and found it to be a great exp - they were replinishing food, characters were great, etc.
