Should we do breakfast at 1900 Park Fare or O'hana? Which one is better - does anyone know?

We had breakfast at Ohana's last year. It was normal breakfast items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc), that were brought to your table and replenished when needed. The character interaction was okay as was the food. Would I do it again? Probably not.

Have never tried 1900 Park Fare for breakfast, but have had dinner there.

We love breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. The food, the character interaction, the atmosphere.....it's one of our favorites!

We've done both and I would vote for 1900 Park Fare. O'hana's isn't bad for breakfast but we prefer Park Fare and the kids loved Alice and the Mad Hatter. Now we do O'hanas for dinner and 1900 Park Fare for both breakfast and dinner.

1900 Park Fare hands down!!! I've done both. 1900 Park Fare had much better character interaction. The characters came around mutliple times and took their time at each table. At Ohana, the characters only came once, stuck around long enough for a picture and then moved on. I also prefer the food at 1900 Park Fare. There is a much larger selection since it's buffet. Ohana is family style, so you are limited to the breakfast basics. It is nice at Ohana though not to have to get up from your table for food. I also prefer the characters at 1900 Park Fare. Alice and the Mad Hatter are great, as another poster said. Ohana has the usual Mickey gang.

We do the Ohana character breakfast every trip and love it! We have always had great character interaction and a good meal. I hate getting my own food from a buffet, so Ohana is perfect for us because they serve you.

Same as above, although last time we had a really bad Ohana experience. With several good and one bad under our belt, I'm chalking it up to "off day."

Years ago we did 1900 Park Fare. The food was very good, but we were continually getting up and down for it. And the characters were not as appealing to us. We go to Disney for Mickey, not Alice.

I would do 1900 Park Fare. They have a great selection and I found ALL the food to be excellent. The Mad Hatter is very lively and fun.

1900 Park Fare - we really enjoy the food - omlettes and the characters are diff then the other character meals - and let me tell you we've been to almost all of them.

We have been here 2 or 3 times over the years and everytime it has not been busy. It is very relaxing and enjoyable.

Hands Down! It is the best character breakfast overall in all of WDW! We just ate there last week and saw a total of 8 characters! Our 2 yo DD loved it and so did we (myself and DH)!:Pinkbounc

The food is really wonderful!

Not only is the food among the best of the character buffets -- for either breakfast OR dinner -- but the characters are neat and unusual. Mary Poppins usually "Popps" in, and it's not uncommon to see her accompanied by one of the penguins, or Bert, or Peter Pan, or the characters from Winnie the Pooh.

The room is festive and fun, too, with that massive pipe organ cranking out music.

We love it. Be sure to try the strawberry soup!! :D

We had breakfast at both places during our last trip, April 2004. We enjoyed Park Fare much more then O'hana's. Park Fare had much better food and service was excellent! O'hana's service was fair and so was the food. Kids liked the food better at Park Fare. Characters were better at Park Fare. Park Fare is so lovely, hope you get to see how much so!

Have a great time!
