Where is the best counter service breakfast???

We usually just eat an apple or granola bar and head out for the day, but this year I would like to have a few days where we eat a decent breakfast.

Please give me your recommendations.

I absolutely love the Main Street Bakery! It's like eating heaven. :cloud9: They have donuts, ham & cheese croissants and all that yummy bakery goodness. Hope this helps!

If you have any days planned where you don't want/need to be at a park first thing, WPE in the marketplace at DTD has a pretty decent breakfast menu too.

For in the parks, I have to go with Main Street Bakery. :thumbsup2

We always share a few combo meals from our hotel food court as we don't want to spend precious time upon park opening eating in the parks when we can be on rides without major lines. But I have read so many good things about WPE and after reading the menu am trying to figure a day to go there for breakfast. Got to try that breakfast pizza!

There are a lot of really tasty breakfast options out there. That being said, if we are looking for CS we really enjoy Main Street Bakery and Captain Cook's at the Polynesian. If think you might want to try a TS we really love 'Ohana for breakfast. Kona Cafe is also very good as well. I would suggest that you look over the menus are see what appeals to your family.

I have booked all our ADR's for Dinner. I usually find myself in such a hurry to get the day started I rush right out and forget to eat. (very unlike me) a decision I regret after the second ride, when my stomach is rumbling.

I liked the menu at WPE and since we are at POFQ ,the boat ride would make a nice morning.

My parents will be staying at POLY so that may be a great choice too, since we will be spending time with them for part of the vacation.

Thank you for the responses:thumbsup2

If you're heading to Epcot first thing in the morning, join the crowd and head to Soarin' for fast passes and/or a ride. Right next to Soarin' is Sunshine Seasons, one of the best counter services in all the parks! They have great breakfast options, including a few different breakfast plates- eggs, potatoes, french toast, bacon, etc...
Twice during my recent trip, we grabbed passes, took a first ride, then enjoyed breakfast!

We don't mind the breakfast at POFQ and like the food court at POR even better. I am not sure if you have stayed at POFQ before but their food court is good and you can sit outside if the weather cooperates.

This will be our first time at POFQ. We have been to POR and really liked the counter service their. Hope POFQ lives up to our expectations.

You have probably read the menus but in case you haven't POFQ has a smaller food court with fewer selections. The Mickey waffles are just as good there :) Overall I like POFQ better. If we do counter service for breakfast we are very happy to eat at either one.

have a great trip!!

Capt Cooks for Tonga Toast or MSB for croissant sandwhiches or cinnamon rolls. SS for just about anything for breakfast. Also in AK we have eatten at Pizzafari and gotten decent breakfast pizza and biscuits and gravy..

Agree here.

I would definetly eat at your own resort's food court some mornings...always delicious and so conveinent. However, in the park, I really love the breakfast sandwiches at the counter service place in Hollywood Studios near Rock N Roll and Tower of Terror.

We tend to eat smaller breakfasts on the go, but some of our favorites stops are:

MK - Main Street Bakery
HS - Starring Rolls
EP - Sunshine Seasons

We also find the selections at the Resort Food Courts to be good.
