Big fad a few years ago. Do you still use it and how often?

I want bread with dinner.

5 times a week

When I had one, I used it every day. Then I lost it in a fire. I wanted a new one for Christmas but Dh and DD couldn't find one ANYWHERE!!

kohl's has them now, so I will be getting one soon! And I plan to go back to using it everyday!

I use mine about 3 times a week. But the noise it's making, I think its on it's way out:guilty:

Received one as a present ... used it once ... sat in the basement for years ... gave it away ... :)

I use it for doughs mostly vs. Baked bread, stuff like pizza dough or dough for cinnamon buns. I made hot dog rolls last week.

Budget board crew will let ya know how much they love their bread makers.

love it.. but since we are all on diets i only use it for holidays.. otherwise i was using it several times per week. but we loved the bread way too much ( who wouldnt love warm wonderful bread..) and gained wt..

Lol, we used our until we couldn't find the premade mixes anymore. I'm just not a bread maker. My grandma taught me to make bread the old fashioned way-by hand. I haven't even investigated how similar the process would be with the bread maker.

Haven't used mine probably in 15 years. Used it daily for a time, but the toll on my waist line, and all that yeast in my digestive tract forced us to stop using it.

Add me to the 5 times a week crowd. Works great, makes delicious bread and my family eats it every day. I'm losing weight with WW and can even have a slice (= 4 pts) for breakfast every day if I want. But mainly I'm saving lots of $$$$ by using it.

I love my bread maker. But I am sort of sporadic about using it. I'll use it regularly for a few months, then take a break for a while.

I have to say I love the time delay, there is nothing better then waking up, on a cold morning to freshly made bread. I really need to investigate making gluten free breads in it.

I didnt use the pre made mixes when we had ours.
I would buy king arthur bread flour from the bulk food
store and I loved it.
Made it every Sunday for our family dinner with the mil and my mom
they loved it as well as I did.
I will start looking for another one to buy.....the other one
bit the dust.....
I also went to the website of King Arthur and got some of
the mixins and also their yeast.....excellent quality ..
