4 WEEKS!!!! Woohoo!!!!! It's coming fast!!!!

Now that I have that out of my system lol. School is under way, and I, of course get sick ha!! My luck! I've had a nasty stomach virus or something pretty much all wk. I do feel better today. Spent the day riding the golf cart w/ the boys. Those two love about anything that moves!!

We are having a cookout tomorrow w/ the ladies from Special Wish. These two have become our friends, and they both have such HUGE hearts!! Now, this isn't anything to do w/ the wish, this is just because lol. Brandon and I have been volunteering for them, so next Sat we will be attending a Special Wish conference also. We are also doing a fundraiser for a
Foundation we set up, and trying to get off the ground. The person w/ the most $ gets blue jello dumped on them. If we make $500 everyone has too. It's looking like we will all have to!!!

That's all on this end. Shawn's doin amazing on school! I'm so proud!! He is taking Honors Anatomy and Physiology, and doing amazing!! He was actually studying last night!! Woah!!!

Idk if anyone is reading, but I'm doing this as much for me as anyone else. Figure it will make for a great keepsake once finished and printed. I've been sick w/ a sinus infection (it's settled in my chest), this wk. aww, the joys of school and germs!!! I am feeling better today! Hoping the boys stay healthy. We are almost at the 3 wk mark!!! Trying to just get last min dr appts in, and all that good stuff! The excitement is building!!!!

Time is flying by!!! We are two and a half wks out!!!! We are all so excited!!! Meemaw 2 went on a bike ride Sunday, and wrecked her bike. Thankfully she didn't get hurt, but I told her, no more bike rides til we get back!! Lol. Haven't heard anything from the school yet, which kinda makes me nervous..... Pray for that!!

We are two weeks away!!!!' So much to do, but can't do most until a couple days b4! I'm a bit nervous about flying..... I did hear from the school, they are requesting a letterhead letter from Special Wish w/ dates! I talked to Special Wish, and they said no prob!! Haven't got the pre arrival packet from GKTW yet :-( We will be meeting with Special Wish later this wk to get shirts and our expense check, and they'll let us know what time the Limo will be arriving. Sooo close!!!! However, with the trip so close, so is the realization that it's fall :-(

Well we met with Special Wish today!!! Got our expense check, itinerary, special wish shirts, special wish teddy bear and bag!!! The Limo will be picking us up at 9:30 on Sunday!!! Sooo excited!!! We are having a Bon voyage party Sunday!!! Can't believe we are so close!!!! We still haven't received our welcome pack from GKTW. I called them, and they don't know why, but said all is well

Quick update....
I'm so proud of myself! I have almost all of my packing done!!!! Yay me!!!! Shawn is taking our luggage w/ him in the car Fri, and we are loading it up Thurs, so I have to get the rest packed up tomorrow!

Woohoo!! I am packed!!!! All except for meds that I can't pack til Sunday morning!!! Won't be long now!!!!!

A little update on shirts

I got a great deal on eBay for Thing shirts, and the gentleman even put our nicknames on the back for FREE!!! His son was granted a wish a few yrs ago!!! So, a bit of pixie dust!!!

This evening we picked up the last trip shirt!! Bradley's!!! Bradley and Bailey both LOVE it!!!

Brandon and I took the boys to Chuck E Cheese as our own little send off party today!! They had a blast!!! Bradley actually played this ball game they had for about an hr!! Bailey mainly wanted to slide and play in the tubes!! His awesome Big brother got in w/ him to help at first!!!

As I write this Shawn and Meemaw 2 are in Pigeon Forge! They left about 7:00 this morning! They had a blast at Cade's Cove and sightseeing!!!
