Boys night out.

Tonight my dh took Cam (9) out for a boys night out. They went out to dinner and to do some "guy stuff" ( what is that? going to a mechanic or something?? ) I hope they have a great time together. I know Cam needed some "guy time" poor kid hes been stuck in the house all summer with 3 girls! Even *I* feel sorry for him lol

Wednesday Im taking Kaylee for Mom and daughter night out to see Princess Diaries two and then Ill take Karissa out too one night.

Do you have mom/dad and kid night like that?

Its something were really trying to get this going.

I think it's a great idea. Me and Kelsea have movie nights. We rent a couple movies, or just watch some we already have. We put on our jammies and eat popcorn and laugh.

DD and I like to go to Borders in the morning and have a coffee (me) and juice (her) and share a cinnamon roll. She really likes it since she loves books (and cinnamon rolls).

Well, hard for me to do either boys or girls night out since it's just me and my daughter

But usually on Friday nights I let her pick a restaurant to go to for dinner or a movie to see.

Anyway, they went to McDonalds and Barnes and Noble for some guy time. They said they had a blast!
