What are people thinking? We pulled in the store parking lot this morning and there was a dirty diaper laying on the ground. There was a trash can about 25 feet away, couldn't they take a few steps to dispose of it properly? This is not the first time I have seen this---Even more disgusting was changing a dirty diaper on one of the tables at Chuck E Cheese.

EEEWWWW! Disgusting. Some people are just to lazy to go to the trash can. As for changing on the table at Chuck E. Cheese, that's just plain ingnorance(to put it nicely;) ).

I am sorry, but when mine were little we always carrie plastic to put a dirty dipe into until we arrived home!

Per the table thing, I have seen it several times and mentioned that there are changing facilities. Usually I am ignored!

People are so gross! In July we ate at Pastamore at City Walk, in the women's restroom on the counter was a really dirty diaper, right next to the trash can. YUCK!

yuck..thats horrible....some people just have no respect for others. Sad isn't it?

Ick!! I keep baby powder scented bags with me to throw away the diapers in. I can't imagine living one laying around, I don't want to smell it why would someone else want to?!?!

I started a thread on this a while back, and I could not believe how many people said they had seen dirty diapers "disposed of" in parking lots and other public places.

My SIL actually did this in a mall parking lot, she was shopping with us, and my DH flipped out on her...he went and picked it up and walked it to the mall and threw it out in the trash can right outside the store. Luckily this was his sister (so I didn't say anything at all) because he didn't shut up about it all the way home.

That is disgusting.

But what could be even worse than that? My sister told me she saw used condoms in the parking lot of her bank.....she doesn't use that branch anymore, particulaly when she's with her 2 daughters, age 5 & 2.

This happened in my store maybe 8 yrs ago - We had a quilt rack full of decorated throws on it - one morning when I opened I found a used condom on one... :faint: (Yes, that throw was destroyed!)

Similar story....

Just a couple of days ago I went shopping at Wal Mart. I went to get a cart and noticed some trash in it, which was not unusual. Mostly people leave the store circulars, or other types pf paper trash in the carts, and the employees bringing the carts in from the parking lots fail to clean them out. I reached in to take out the trash and noticed it wasn't just papers... someone had left a dirty diaper in the cart! The bathrooms have baby changing stations and a place to dispose of diapers. I have to wonder if someone changed it somewhere else in the store. Needless to say I got a new cart, and told the greeter who was standing nearby.

Eww. My DH will sometimes change ds' diaper in the back of the jeep, but he just ties it in a bag and leaves it in the car until he gets home. Leaving it in the parking lot, or anywhere else in just disgusting.
