boy do I need help--have a guest interested in my banked points

this was exciting I just listed my banked points to rent out today and I already have a guest interested
so now Im trying to reserve what they need and Im at a stand still I do have them listed with a broker--is that the right term

there office is already closed so I cant ask there--
I tried first on line but the guest needs the GF and its waitlist only--how can I make a resveration when theres no rooms available-

I also called member services but the wait was way to long--I didnt have the time to wait tonight--
I can try again tomorrow--but in the emails it seems like it all had to be done immedialty

I really need advice in this--Im sure Im just missing something but I cant figuring out what

I greatly appreicate all the tips and advice you can give me--Im sure you noticed this is my first time

If there is nothing available, then you need to let the broker know the room is gone.

There is nothing more you can do at this point. When the broker emailed you, they probably saw some availability but by the time you were able to go online it was gone, These days, it doesn’t take long for things to disappear,

Your points will continue to be available through them for another guest. I’d email them back tonight and mention it was gone by the time you tried to get it booked.

thanks I do now have a bit better understanding of how this works
its all so new to me--
I did email the com right away though cause I had some other questions

so I can see now that if I get an email that a guest wants my points that basically I need to do it right away
