Okay, just so you all know: I am not a drama queen!

Okay, well I'm in the 7th grade and today at school my friends really got on my nerves! Since I'm single they were picking on me by asking alot of oys if I wanted to go out with them! Most people probably wouldn't be bothered, but, I'm really shy. They even had the nerve to ask my ex-boyfriend!!!! And I told them I didn't want a boyfriend but they wouldn't listen.!!! I love my friends to death, but I think they should have stopped teasing me. I kinda got old by noon. Do ya'lls friends do you like this?

i ask them to stop and either they respect my request and change the subject OR I go hang out with other friends

well, they dont go around asking random guys out for me, but if i like someone and they know i wont say anything to him, they will tell him. or If i tell this one "friend" something she will just tel the whole school. Like i kind of never really got over my ex, so this kid wanted to know who i liked so i knew he was going to ask my friend(lets call her Liz) so i imed Liz and told her not to tell him who i really liked and to tell him i liked Kyle, now he wasnt suposed to tell Kyle that, cuz i didnt really like him. BUt the thing is Liz tld kyle to ask him about something that happened the night before, so the whole school thought i liked kyle, when in reality i didnt i "liked" my ex. But i wasnt sure if i liked my ex, cuz i was just really confused, i guess i dont want to like him but i cant help it. so she "straightened everything out". I guess kyle was asking her why i like him and if it was true, and my ex was asking her who liked him, and she just turned and said to kyle she doesnt like you and turned to my ex and said she likes you, but the thing is , i was really good friends with him, and one of the reasons why i didnt want t go back out with him was i didnt want to ruin the friendship, but now that he knows i like him its weird between us. like we havent talked in like forever. So i am not talkng to liz untill my ex is talking to me again, but what really pisses me off is that im a freshman and she is a senior, like why does she have to be in my business.

o wow, im sorry. i just really needed to say that. but if you dont want a boyfriend your friends cant make you have one, i mean your only in 7th grade, you have forever still. i mean i dont know if i want a boyfriend right now, cuz i think it wil just hurt my grades and i need to keep them up so i can keep getting finacial aid to my school.

In most cases, your friends don't really mean harm by it. Usually a boyfriend equates being happy, and your freinds just want you to be happy and want to play matchmakers. If it's really serious, then you need to reconsider who you are hanging with.
