Bowflex?

Has anyone actually bought a Bowflex....and did it give you good results?

DH is looking for an Upper body workout (he's a jogger-he doesn't have time to go to the gym.)

My intial reaction is to suggest a decent set of dumbbells...and a bench....that's what "did it" for me
