Bouquet before hand?

Does anyone know if you're having a Memories package wedding, do you get the bouquet beforehand??

I would like to add somethings to the bouquet for special reasons, but am hesitant to just hand over my things to someone else. They are special to me, and if anything happened I'd be devastated!

I'm hoping that I'll have the bouquet during my "getting ready" time, so I can add it.

I didn't get my bouquet until we got to the lobby of the GF (about 15 minutes before the ceremony). There was a CM from Disney Floral there waiting with it. Are you staying at the resort where your cermony is being held? If so maybe you can arrange for the floral delivery to be earlier.

No, we're staying at the Carribean Beach resort, and then the ceremony is at GF....at Narcoosee's landing....

I'm coming up on Saturday, I just wonder how trusting I can be with them? If I give it to my planner or the florist on Saturday?? I think I might be a nervous wreck about something happening to it...

Is it something that could be added right before? Like a brooch or something for the ribbon wrap on the stems? Maybe you could do it when you get to the lobby if you aren't comfortable handing your items over. The floral CM that met us was very sweet and we definitely had a few minutes before our planner arrived (Floral was the first person there).

It's a necklace that it is just very special to me. I was hoping to have it sort of wrapped in with the ribbon around the stems, prior to the ceremony. This way I'm not stressing on how to make it look right just before the ceremony.

Check with your planner. We are getting the leis but don't plan to use them for the ceremony, just photos afterward. We asked our planner about it and she said she could have them delivered to our room so we can just keep them there until we're ready for them. We are staying at and having the ceremony at the Poly though and I don't know if that would make a difference. Doesn't hurt to ask though.
