Bounceback?

Hi guys!

A friend is visiting WDW as we speak, her plan was to book bounceback while she was there for next Fall for us to do a girls only trip. She does not have an offer in her room and while visiting GF yesterday,she went to see if she could book it there and they said she needed the code, that should be in her room. Does anyone have this code? It's a shame, I was there the end of September and had an offer in my room but didn't book it!

I just got back Sunday and the only bounceback was a free dining offer for next year that I thought was out and currently available to everyone. That doesn't help me since I want a room discount. No room discount, no solo disney trip next year.

I don't have the code but if she dials 8844 from her room, she should be able to get the bounceback with no problems.

So far everyone has reported it's just the Free Dining offer that's already out for everyone. Rumors are that BB will no longer be offered, as in this recent report by Kazlac4 (with thanks to kazlac for posting this and keeping us all informed):

We were at Disney the first 2 weeks of November and had, like others, received an email before our vacation to keep checking our email while at Disney for additional specials, but the only thing we did receive was the photo-pass discount offer, and also a few emails about Disney movies. While there I called the 8844 number and asked about current bouncebacks but the CM (who I must say was not the friendliest) stated that Disney "doesn't do bouncebacks anymore". I then asked if there was a pin attached to our name and he made me go through the whole process of a zillion questions regarding a future vacation, wanting dates, ages, types of rooms wanted, resort choice, etc., and then came back with a price that I knew to be a regular nondiscounted price. I let him know that he wasted my time and that he should have just said "no", no pin attached. We have never received a pin !. We are hoping to get back down in June (summer season) but if we can't obtain a discount we will probably put it off for a while. We have been wanting to check out Dollywood and the Smokey mountains so that may be an option.

We just returned from WDW 12/4 and the only "bounceback" is free dining! Nothing good right now!

Yep, returned 12/5 from the Poly and no bounceback exists. The only thing available was the free dining offer which has already been extended to the full public. Sadly, thanks to the "phase out" of bounceback, this is the first time since 2008, that we currently do not have a future trip already in the works.

I was there the week before Thanksgiving and the bounceback I had in my room was for free dining through sep 11, which did me no good since I will be returning in Oct or Nov.
Not happy
