Unless they extended the free dining for Aug/early Oct 2009 you are out of luck. It ended Oct 24th of this year. I haven't heard of any new bounceback offers so far from people coming back But you can wish

We just returned on friday 10/31 and there was no evidence of any bounceback going on. I know the Free ddp ended on 10/24, and I watched the resort info TV for any signs of a new one and there was no mention. If there was one, we were never notified.
