If you are reserving room only, it is one night's room rate as a deposit, which for most deluxes is over $200.

I just did this. We were at Pop Century last week. I reserved 2 rooms
(room only) and I had to pay one nights deposit for each room.

Well, we were the exception (probably just got really lucky though). We were there in September and knew ahead of time from here about the Bounceback Free Dining and were planning on booking. I didn't realize that it was all done over the phone and the deposit due right then. I am used to having 2 weeks to pay and actually had the cash while we were there but that didn't help because it needed to be in our bank account instead. LOL

So, 1-2 days after getting home and after putting the $$ in the bank, DH called up (we still had the flyer with the special number for the promo) and they booked our ressie with no problems! I don't know if they knew that we weren't still at Pop Century or not but I am more than happy that it worked out.

I got $79 plus tax for the Pop Century for the last week of October. The POR was $115 per night. I tried for the Contemporary,garden view room, but no luck.

Oh, I know!! We had some good Disney luck the last few months. I ended up getting two of the 40% Off codes emailed to me which we almost switched to a Mod and use but decided that we aren't in the room long enough so saved about $600 switching back to ASMovies from POFQ. Plus my oldest DD loves it there and I am sure my youngest will love the giant Dalmations too. And my family was booked there as well.

Now watch though, next year...I will have no Disney luck at all!!
