If we stay on rented dvc points, does that mean no bb offer?

I would think that would correct. You can always try calling and see what they say. It doesn't hurt to ask.

We stayed at ALL on rented DVC point at AKL in January and there was a bounce back offer.

That should say we stayed at AKL with rented points in January and received a bounce back offer. Hit send too soon
