Bounceback Question

Hi!

So, I'm going to Disney this September and I'd really like to take advantage of a bounceback if they're offering it. My question is: If it's the free dining bounceback, do they offer it for the values? Like, could I book my next trip at a Value and get the free dining bb promotion or does it have to be a moderate or deluxe resort?

Depends on the offer. No way to know for sure at this time. For reference, values weren't included in last year's FD bounceback.

Yeah, I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I was just curious because I looked at the picture I took of last year's offer and it excluded Movies and Art of Animation Mermaid rooms. I realize those are normally excluded, but if values aren't part of the offer then why do they have to specifically exclude them? Wouldn't they have listed all Values?

You sure you're not looking at the offer from year before last? Here's last year's, and only moderates, deluxes, and deluxe villas were included....

The Free Dining BounceBack offer they had in 2016 for 2017 DID include Values, they just excluded it for whatever reason from the booklet. But, if you called to inquire about it, they offered it. I stayed at POP in late Sept 2016, and was able to take advantage of the BB offer for Dec 2017.

Quick Service, and I think you needed the park hopper (I always get it tho so can't remember 100%). Pretty much the same kinda fine print as normal FD offers.

Yes, but dates are a little unsure at the moment. The BB offer we have from last year is 12/08-12/16. But, I have the opportunity to do my birthday in Nov, which 'cause of my job I've never been able to do before. Unfortunately was only able to get FD for 11/26-12/1, 3-4 days short of what I'd like. So not sure if I'm going to just do a split stay for the extra days for my birthday or just do the BB dates.

So you were allowed to do the BB over a year later? We are going in sept this year and are coming back in nov of 2018. Could we possible get a BB offer for the Nov 2018 trip?

With Disney it's always a wait and see approach because they may change their offers. But last year if you stayed in August, September, or October you got a bounceback offer for free dining for the following year on certain dates. Those dates didn't include November, so there may be a bounceback offer, but if you're not flexible with your dates, then it may not work for you.

The values have always been included in the fd bb but for whatever reason, they have not been listed on the brochure in years. I think they just want people to focus on moderates and Deluxe, but if you ask about values, they are included.
