We have a friend scheduled to be at WDW this week, and I was wondering, if we gave them our reservation ID, could they apply the bounceback offer to our reservation if it was valid for our dates?

Not unless your friend is coming with you.

The adults booked in the room have to be listed on the BB offer reservation. Example: If my husband and I wanted to book a bounceback offer I could book 1 room for me, 1 room for him, and they would not allow me to book a room for my mother since she isn't on the current reservation.
