Bounceback offer

We booked the free dining bounceback offer in Sept. 08 for Sept. 09. My question is this. My wife will not let me take our DD 8 out of school in Sept. anymore. So, can we book bounceback in Sept. for June or is it only for the free dining period in Aug. and Sept.?

Free dining is usually just offered as a bounceback for August/September October - not for June.

You may be able to book a resort room discount as a bounceback for June - but you probably won't be able to get free dining.

You can only book through the window for free dinning you can not book it for June. We originally had Bounceback booked but switched are dates when regular Free dinning came out because the dates where earlier August 16 is when it starts. When does your DD start school?

You can book a Free Dining trip for Aug 16- Oct 3rd, no bounceback needed. That offer was made to the general public back in April. So even this year if you can make those dates work for the family you can take DD to WDW w/o missing school.

The OP is asking about booking bounceback in 2009 for 2010 - it looks like it's next year his child can't be out of school. He wants to book for next June as a bounceback on his stay this September, which he can't do with free dining.

Yes, bounceback for 2010. My daughter starts school on Aug. 12th in 2009 and normally right around that time every year.

Based on history, no you will not be able to do what you want.
Except the first time BounceBack was offered (November/December 2006 for August/September 2007), the dates have been about the same: Guests onsite in August/September 2007 could book BounceBack Free Dining for August/September 2008; and Guests onsite in August/September 2008 could book BounceBack Free Dining for August/September (and a little into October) 2009.

Your best bet will be various promotions that Disney offers. If you really think WDW is your preferred regular vacation destination you should probably take the time for a DVC tour while you are down there. That will give you the ability to select the dates you want and plan for that time year in and year out.
