Does anyone know if I can book a bounceback online for the other adults who shared my room. When I go to book it, it always shows me as being one of the people in the room. Thanks!

To book online, you need a MDE account. When you book thru your account, it makes you the lead guest. So to book in their name, you need access to their account.

I am well outside my booking windows. But I can check availability online, I just can’t finalize the change. There is a Change Reservation button with the reservation. I can click on that & check any dates I want. It just doesn’t go thru when I try to finalize the change. That’s when I have to call.
