Bounceback after using Travel Agent

If someone used a travel agent to book a trip and wants to book a bounce back, how does that work with the travel agent? Say they still want the TA to make all of the reservations and fastpasses, can the TA gain access to the reservation?

Once you make the boune back reservation you can transfer it to the TA.

Let your TA know you made the reservation ASAP so they can send you the transfer form

At the time you make the BB reservation, you can also request that the TA info is transferred from your existing reservation. Verify with you TA, and if they still don't see it, the transfer form can be sent to Disney, but be aware there is only a 30 day time limit from the date of booking to transfer it.

Did not get offered a bounceback for 2016 on this trip. CM at the front desk of CBR said that they are not doing bouncebacks for 2016...seemed odd.

Never trust those front desk CMs! There is currently a Free Dining bounce back for 2016. In the future, call the bounceback line from your room....8844.
