I will be at the Dolphin for a conference in May, assuming there is a bounce back offer available at that time can I book that using Disney gift cards? We are gong on a faimly trip to the World in October.

You must be staying at a Disney owned resort in order to book a bounceback. I don't think the Dolphin qualifies.
