Bounce back offers at DVC?

Are bounce back offers available to guests staying in dvc rooms? We are staying at SSR next month and DD is planning a May trip. This may be the best option for her

I have never received one on any of my DVC stays. Not sure if that is typical, or I am just unlucky.

I rented DVC points in Jan and called the 4 digit extension and they offered the bounce back offer.

I believe it was 30% at deluxe then tiered for mods and values. Certain dates were blacked out.
