If you book it, what do you have to put down? $200?

Also, does a bounce back tend to be cheaper than say buy 4/get 3 free or free dining? We always go package with room/tickets/dining. Its just easier for us.

Can you pick ANY resort, or just the one you're at? And also, who do you book it with? Do you go to the desk at your resort? I am soooo hoping we can do this since we're going in March 2010 and then October 2011.

It doesn't have to be the resort you are currently staying at. You just call the number on the flyer, if there is one. If not, call either the WDW reservations number or the WDW travel company number (someone else might be able to tell you which for sure) and I know people have been using EXT. 8844. I don't think going to the front desk will help; I don't believe they make ressies from there.

As far as being cheaper than the 4/3 or free dining, it just depends on what the bounceback offer is. During free dining, the BB is free dining for the next year. Sometimes it is a 40% off room rates. Don't forget that sometimes the BB isn't for dates that will work for when you want to return. This past year in March, the BB was to return in Nov./Dec. I remember thinking "Who could come back again in the same year?!?!?!" :rotfl: Now I wish I'd had the money to come back a second time. Heck, I wish I had know we were returning in March 2010!

Anybody know this one... Does a bounce back tend to be cheaper than say buy 4/get 3 free or free dining?

It depends on where you are staying and how many people are in your travel party. We are family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child) and we stay deluxe. 4/3 and 40% is a better deal than free dining for us.

If you are staying at a value or moderate and/or have older children who are charged at the adult rate, then free dining is typically a better discount.

HTH!

That definitely makes sense since we'll have 5 of us, 3 kids-2 that qualify as adults the next time they'll go with :headache: Thanks!

Sounds like Free Dining might just be the best deal for you!!

If you are going in a "non-peak" time (for dining -- which is when the FD special runs) that's a savings of 137.95/day. Look at your room rates & see if you are saving more than that with a % code, and then you will know what the best deal will be for you.

The only unfortunate thing is our dates are pretty set due to school schedules. I think I'll book whatever bounceback offer is in our room so we get some discount, then if something better comes out I can always change it.

I totally understand the school schedule! I read in another thread that you can make changes, so that is good to know.
