Are bounce back offers usually available for all resorts? Specifically, if free dining is the offer? Going in September this year and read somewhere the bounce back offered that time of year is usually free dining for the following year. ...

Yes. You just have to call from the room. It's in your welcome folder actually.

And while the BB in Sept/Oct is usually free dining, I wouldn't count on it being a definite. But it also never hurts to try!

Thank you. DD wants to stay in LM room at AoA. Maybe they will be included....? If no FD % off room will be good too! Any clue what the typical % off for mod or value resorts?

Typical % off for mod is 15-25%. A value is 10-20% BUT LM and AoA are usually excluded. If you want to stay in that resort, you'll most likely be paying full price.

You may want to have your possible dates available when booking the bounce back offer. With the new booking policy, the CM can no longer modify Bounce Back offer reservation. It needs to be handle by the Bounce Back Offer Dept. I had modified my dates before the change with no problem. This morning when I called to see if a different room type is available, the CM had to transfer me.

So you can't use a TA for a bounce back then, since you must book from the hotel room?

I believe that you can transfer control of the reservation to a TA after you've made it.

Can you book with a bounce back offer if staying on rented/borrowed DVC points for the current stay?

The last few bounce back offers I have had are 35% off deluxe, 30% off mods, and 25% off value.

Are there "blackout" dates on bounce backs? Like can I use a bounce back the week between Christmas and New Year's?
And does the trip have to be within a certain time frame from the booking date?

Yes there are only certain time frames they offer the deal for-it will say in the flyer in your room
Usually if you go early in the year it is for dates leading up to Dec 31st of that year but if you go later in the year it covers the whole following year

We are going Oct. this year and in Dec. 2016 (high school band trip) so it would be great to get a bounce back rate for next year after Christmas.

I know when we went last oct there were dates throughout 2015 for the bounce back offer
25% off value, 30% off moderate and 35% off deluxe
I believe it went into Dec but not sure if it covered Christmas/NY week
