Boulder Ridge Villas at Wilderness Lodge vs. Polynesian Villas

I have stayed at wilderness lodge many times in the past, this time we are thinking about trying something new. We are looking at a studio at either boulder ridge or the polynesian Villas. What are the pro's / con's. Its about $500 difference, so that isnt really an issue. I know polynesian has the monorail, but what are the other selling points.

The Poly studios are nearly 100 sq feet larger...and the difference is noticeable.
The Poly studios have a separate shower and bathtub, in separate rooms, thus allowing two people to shower at the same time. Both areas also have their own sink.

Both will have a queen bed and a murphy bed. The Polynesian villa will have a queen sized sleeper sofa. The Boulder Ridge villa will have a double sized sleeper sofa.
