Hi!

Wondering if anyone has stayed in one of the 2 bedroom "corner" rooms at Boulder Ridge? I can't seem to find any photos or videos on it. Anyone know of a video that is around? TIA

Those do look pretty cool. My fear of requesting one (we always do 2BR) is that they are right on the rotunda, and I'd be worried about noise.

I found photos last week of the living room. I can’t remember where though. My concern is during the refurb where they will put the Murphy bed. It’s currently sitting on a half wall so they would need to reconfigure something to place it against a full wall.

Found the site I saw photos. Mission-food.com in a post titled Walt Disney world: wilderness lodge and Boulder ridge villas.
Scroll pretty far down in the blog to see the photos.

We stayed in one years ago and loved it! But unfortunately chances of getting a specific requested room are very slim these days- hard enough to get location requests even now!

We stayed in 2528 that KAT4DISNEY mentioned in the rotunda area back in 2003 and loved it! Its not noisy at all, I would love to get that room again

Having four children we've stayed in many 2 bedrooms and had that room back in 2014. What I remember most about it is the living room was so much larger than a typical 2 bedroom.

it is also referred to as an atrium room. We were lucky enough several years ago to get one and did not notice an increase in noise level. I don’t see how they could put a Murphy bed in that room, so it’s possible it still has a pull out sofa.

that's a good point about the Murphy bed - that layout want work with one.

The picture posted yesterday shows that it has the murphy bed sofa.

We got two when we asked for units near the elevator. I loved all the windows. The only drawback was the kitchen had absolutely no storage space for food items; all of it had to be in the fridge or on the working counter.

I booked my sister-in-law and her family one of these for our trip in June and it was great for their family. It was a 2BR lock off as I wanted to give them that extra twin bed in the extra room but as we were on the highest floor no Murphy bed in the room. It was an interesting layout and definitely seemed like a large room.

We also got lucky and got a corner studio room in the CCV building with a similar strange layout that seemed much larger than the others.
