Bought park tickets online but they arent linked to MDE?

We have 3 people going from 3 diff states, all paying separately. I called Disney to ask if we could all 3 log into my MDE account and purchase our tickets separately. They said that wasn't a problem.

The first one of us bought tix tonight. He was logged into my MDE account. He chose Standard Delivery of the tickets to my address. After his purchase, his ticket is not showing up in MDE and there is no ticket number on his receipt.

We book FP+ in just a few days. How can I get the ticket number in my MDE? I figured if you were logged and bought it from within the MDE account it would automatically link it.
 
Bumping. Still no ticket showing up in my MDE. There is no way to even see that a ticket was purchased. Nothing at all. Its like nothing ever happened.
 
I'd give them a call, they might give you the ticket ref to enter it in manually.
 
They won't show up in MDE if you selected standard delivery or other mail delivery services. You have to link the tickets when they arrive in the mail. If you are wanting them to show up on MDE right after purchasing so you can make your fast pass selections you will need to select the Will Call option, then they will show up on MDE.
