I just bought my annual pass for my March trip and contacted member services to tell them that I would like to purchase the dining plan. 
As a new DVC member I'll be staying at the SSR. Sheesh, now I guess I have to make some ADRs. Now let's see, what are my favorites or where do I want to go? Coral Reef, Boma, Marrakesh, Cape May Buffet, . . . Ah, what a surplus of riches.
