Bought a Loopie toy @ CC (defective) - I can't find Disney's email address

We bought a Loopie Toy (brightly colored, soft water toys) for my DD's birthday next week. As I was taking it out of bag and cutting off tag to wrap it, I noticed that it has come apart at 2 seams! With all the constant changes on Disney's website, I can't find a Contact Us form anywhere. Would anyone have Disney's merchandise email address?

I was also going to email the toy co. but it is distributed through another co., so I want to email Disney first. The problem is that I'm Canadian and so I haven't seen this toy for sale anywhere around here, which is why we bought it.
