Bottled Water at Counter Service?

Can I get bottled water as my drink at CS with the dining plan?

i was able to everwhere i went. we also got it as a dessert sometimes as we did not need all those desserts

We were always able to have bottled water with our counter service portion of the DDP. They were great alternatives to sodas and even greater alternatives to the nasty, lukewarm Florida water from fountains! ...but still...even as I type this I miss that Florida water!
