We will do IOA and US in one day after hearing you can get through IOA in less than half day. We will be there on Saturday May 21... I heard school lets out on May 20... Will this first Saturday be extra crowded or should I not worry? Anyhow, which park should we visit first? We've been to US awhile ago and I think they've only added 2-3 new attractions since then. We've never been to IOA.

Thanks but if we can get IOA done in about 5 hours I think we'll go to US - we only want to see about 4-5 things there.

I call visiting two parks in a day "commando style" and have done it often. FOL access is essential to the plan. Hit IOA when they open and do Hulk, Dr, Doom and Spiderman first. With FOL - its 40 minutes max since they are all together.

Next we hit Jurrasic Park, Dueling Dragons, Popeye and Dudley Doright. We will hit some of these a second time and head for lunch at MArgerittaville by noon.

Next its off to US and a couple of indoor shows until lunch settles (Terminator, Beatlejuice, Jaws). Later we hit the rest of the US stuff we missed (Mummy, Back to the Future, Men in Black).

By 6:00 pm we are in the RPR Club lounge sipping beers or wine.

I agree with loud, it can be done! Pick out what you want to do the most at both parks, and just do it!

I actually do it the other way and start at USF.

Arrive the parking garage at 8am and be first in line. Do Shrek 4d if you haven't seen it, The Mummy, and then head over to IOA and do a thrill ride tour. Then you can come back to USF and see some shows and slow down.

Read my site here with more details.
