Bostonian home in Emerald Island?

So we are very excited to be staying at the 7 BR Bostonian home on Emerald Island this year. Has anyone stayed there before? We are three families staying there and it certainly looks big enough for all of us but would love to hear anyone elses take on this home!
How was the travel to the parks from EI? It "looks" on the map to be pretty close to WDW

We stay in Emerald Island Resort 2X's a year.

Love it!

Very nice resort minutes from the parks.
Lots more landscape then hardscape makes for a calm effect after the hustle and bustle of the parks.

We have fun at the Tiki Bar.
