Boston T Help Needed!

Does anyone know if you can park overnight in Alewife and if so, how much it costs and is it safe?

DS18 is going to visit a friend at Northeastern University this weekend and when we go into Boston, we usually park at Alewife and take the T in to the city - it's so easy! So, since DS will be on his own this time, we thought he should do the same and avoid driving in the crazy city traffic, not to mention parking!

DS has been accepted to NU for Fall '07 and this will be a great opportunity for him to experience student life there.

I've only parked there during the day, but according to this site it looks like you can park there overnight. There's a number listed that you can call if you don't find any answers here.
