I was at the dentist today and before I got called in to have my teeth cleaned, I managed to see the winner of the Boston Marathon cross the finish line. What an exciting moment. I never paid too much attention to it until I completed the ½ last year and training for our race prior to that.
Its almost as much of a thrill and after seeing the winner of the Disney full on the bridge by the Dolphin ahead of the pack and the leader of the wheelchair division too. Our family lined up on the bridge with our 1/2 medals on cheering the winners as they came up the bridge, got a lot of smiles from them and congrats too.
Got back to work and went on the Bostonchannel.com to see the news and was looking at some pictures runners had downloaded prior to the race and there before me was a runner from DISNEY in front of the Yak & Yeti - he posted is picture from there his preparation for the Boston at Disney!!
Im not sure this link will work but here goes.
He is #7 of 15, you'll have to scroll over.... I tried but it wouldn't let me just put the one picture in.
