Borrowing Question

I would like some help planning a trip for my family.
Here's my situation, I have a Sept UY and have 35 points left from 07 UY. I will receive another 160 points(my 08 UY) on Sept 1 08.
Now I plan on travelling in Feb 09 and will need around 250 points.
I will be short 55 points, when can I borrow my 09 UY points to make this ressie?

A stay in February 09 would be in your Sept 2008 use year. So you can use banked 07, current 08, borrowed 09.

Yes, you can borrow whenever your reservation window opens.
