Borrowing points

I can't remember the answer to this question and I know someone here will know it.
I want to make a reservation at the 11 month mark for 2012. I want to book it at a home resort. I only have 2013 points at that resort. I can call at the 11 month mark to do this correct?

You can always book 11 months from check-in when using home resort points for the reservation regardless whether you are using banked, current or borrowed points. Whether you can borrow points for that reservation depends on your travel dates and Use Year. For example, if your trip will be in March 2012 and you have a Jan or Mar UY then yes you can borrow your Jan/Mar 2013 points to pay for that reservation. If you have a UY of April or later, that trip falls in your 2011 UY and you can borrow from your 2012 UY for that trip but not from your 2013 UY.

Ok, So if my use year is September and I want to reserve a room for December, I should be able to borrow from 2013 for a 2012 reservation.
