Borrowing Points Question...

If I Banked all of this years points and used them for a Reservation Next Year
can I Borrow Next Years Points that are left over to use now?
Example...
DEC UY... Banked 200pts. from DEC 2008
Made Res. with 300pts. for DEC 2009
So I still have 100pts coming from DEC 2009
Can I borrow those to use now?
