I know you refer to the pretty little girls in your signature line as your goddaughters. Do they live with you full time? If so, it looks like a great place to raise children, especially with the laundry room in such a handy spot.

Yup they sure do and yes the laundry room will be VERY handy... the house is actually the very same house (well type/exact floor plan) that I grew up in from 86-98, so it will be kind of nice as I will already know my way around...
