Bookings?

If I book at the resort.. and we decide not to go or plans changed.. will I be charged? and when I do book do I pay at the time of booking or when we check in? thanks.. sarah

If you book a room-only reservation you would need to cancel 5 days before your arrival date. The deposit would be due (equal to 1 nights room cost) when you made the reservation. The balance would be paid when you check in. If you book a package, the deposit will be $200.00 and you would have to cancel 45 days before your arrival. The balance of your package would also have to be paid at or on the 45 day mark. I hope that made sense.
