the deposit is not refundable but you can move it to another cruise.I booked a cruise and it was "only" a few hundred more for concierge, which I have never done before, but I didn't book it because I wasn't sure if cancelllation policy is different, and I don't know if I will go on the cruise or have to change my other passengers (I booked my brother and nephew in the room with us but haven't actually asked them yet!). Can you still cancel concierge, just need to do it sooner? If so, maybe I can still go upgrade.
