Booking with Monarch free QCS

hi all trying to book online with monarch and im selecting the free dining..Quick counter...its coming up in my add on list but when i get to final page for deposit its disapeared..ive emailed them and not got a lot of help back..would it still be included..dont want to get there and find its not included...help !!

I do want to ask you if you are making a significant saving through them vs booking elsewhere. To me, not getting help or responses to queries before booking (companies are usually far more enthusiastic before they have your money than after) is a big red flag

Do they have a phone number?
