Booking with concierge

We're going on our first cruise this February and will be staying in a concierge room. I'd like to book a cabana at Castaway Cay and the Atlantis waterslides excursion. Will I have any trouble getting those? Or should I be calling the concierge the minute our 125 day window opens?

Also, what else should I think about booking? We have little kids, so I'm not planning on Palo.

You will not have any trouble. The shoreside team will send you an email reminder about 130 days out reminding you of the day you can submit requests for speciality dining, port adventures including cabana, BBB reservations...we have always gotten every request including specific cabana number requested. Everything will show up automatically at midnight at 120 day mark. It will always look like the cabana you have booked is available, but you can view activities for the day and confirm cabana is booked.

Email concierge at 125 days with your requests. You should get an automatic response. If you don't, something went wrong and I would resend your requests. At that time, you shouldn't have a problem.

If you want a specific dining rotation, need supplies for a CPAP, are celebrating something special, you can also note those things.

ETA: Not sure about ages, but you can ask for a diner genie, pack n play, bed rails etc as well.

I just sent my 125 day requests and I got everything I asked for. No problem.

I always email shoreside the moment my 125day is opened. I've never had a problem getting my requests. I wouldn't wait to book them yourself. Shoreside is a perk of booking concierge use it!! Good luck.

Also, what else should I think about booking? We have little kids, so I'm not planning on Palo.

Would recommend doing the nursery with the little ones and trying Palo for brunch or dinner. Brunch was better in our opinion due to view of water and food.

Our little one was 17 months on the first cruise and loved the nursery...

We had shoreside concierge book our shore excursions, cabana, spas treatments, spa couples villa, palo dinner, and palo brunch. I also made a request for dinner rotation.
