Has anyone ever booked with CAA? Do you book at Disney & use your CAA number or with CAA & they take care of booking at Disney for you?

What is the discount with CAA? Is it applied to the room only or to the entire package?

I have a ten day holiday booked with three adults (kids are 10 & 12) & looking at there projected dates for free DDP, I will save a grand total of $340 only!! Was hoping for a bigger discount than that & started wondering about CAA. Any info on this would be appreciated.

I believe that would be a savings on your room....not free dining! The Dining Plan is $37.99 per person per day times 10 days is a lot more than $340.00. Free dining is not offered as of yet. Also, you cannot combine another discount with free dining, so if you are looking at changing it over if free dining is offered, you would lose the other discount.

Free dining or not, a savings of even $340.00 per trip would make me a happy camper!

I totally agree with Laura.

The dining plan is 37.99 per night per adult. For a 10 day (I'm assuming 9 nights) that's a savings of $1,025.73 USD!!!! That is a heck of a lot less than CAA. ;)

No, you've misunderstood!

I know the dining program is $37.99 per day x 3 adults x 10 days comes to $1140. I have been patiently waiting, hoping that the free DDP would come out & be applicable to my dates of Aug 19 to 29. No, I cannot change my dates.

However, with the current projected dates of free dining beginning on Aug 24, that means that I will only receive free dining for 1/2 my stay or $570 worth. In addition, in order to get the free dining, you have to book a package, which means I have to cut my stay into two portions, paying for five nights, with park tickets, etc, etc for the first half, & than pay for the other five nights, along with PARK TICKETS again (at least one day for every person!) which will cost me approx an additional $230, leaving me with a projected saving of only $340 with the free DDP!

So again, my question is does anyone know the discount that you receive with a CAA membership. I want to see if the savings in any better than $340.

Thanks!
