Booking window

The booking window for Palo, etc. opens this Sunday, October 24th. What is the earliest time I can book? I think I read somewhere it was 7 am Eastern Time but I'm not sure. It would be helpful if it was anytime after midnight, but I doubt I'd be that lucky.
