Booking WDW thru cash back site

Hi
If I book WDW thru a cashback website do I have to pay in full? Sometimes it says that you have to complete the booking and payment thru the same link or it won't track. Does this mean I can't just pay a deposit and balance later without losing the cash?

Used Quidco for last couple of years for my Disney reservations. You just pay desposit only, balance later. If you book now for next summer they pay out on deposit only before you have paid the balance.
For this summer I had a slight problem with them, I booked 2 rooms together within a few mins of each other, they classed the 2nd as a duplicate (even though one was 14 nights the other 16 nights) I had to claim for the 2nd, took months to get it accepted, only just been paid for it from last Oct. So anyone doing 2 rooms I would advise booking on different days.
